Day 1.
Journey through the magnificent scenery of the Snowdonia National
Park, arriving at your country house hotel late afternoon.
You will be welcomed on arrival by a Welsh harpist and a glass
of mead - a honey based liqueur.
This evening
visit the unique Italian style fantasy village of Portmeirion,
with it's Mediterranean coloured buildings, set on it's own
wooded peninsula overlooking a stunning vista of sand, sea
and mountains.
Your intriguing
themed evening will be based on the cult 60's tv series "The
Prisoner", which was filmed here.

Day 2.
Step
back in time, underground at Llechwedd Slate Caverns and experience
life as a Victorian slate miner.
Enjoy
a hearty lunch at a country pub before continuing to the base
of mount Snowdon where you will begin your ascent of this
mighty mountain, which towers 1085m metres above sea level.
Your journey will be at leisure aboard the Snowdon Mountain
Railway, which must be one of the most spectacular train rides
in Britain.
This evening
you will dine at your hotel.

Day 3.
This morning a visit to Conwy, one of the finest examples
of a mediaeval walled town in Europe. Enjoy a private tour
of Conwy Castle, which dominates the skyline. Your guide will
bring this ruinous 13th century castle to life. Time permitting
enjoy the views by walking the ¾ mile turreted town
walls.
A short
walk to the busy quayside where you will be provided with
a picnic lunch to take aboard a cruising vessel.
Before
returning to the hotel, a short detour towards Bangor to cross
over Thomas Telford's magnificent Suspension bridge with connects
the mainland with Anglesey. Arriving for a photo-stop at the
small village with a long place name Llanfairpwllgyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantisiliogogogoch.
This evening
you will dine at a local restaurant and entertained by a traditional
Male Voice Choir.

Day 1.
Visit the enchanting town of Hay-on-Wye, also know known as
the second hand book shop capital of the world. With over
20 second hand book store at the last count! Time to browse
in the many fine shops and rambling streets before departing
for afternoon tea at Powis Castle, a beautiful red coloured
castle. Famous for it's original gardens and staircase of
Italianate terraces cut into the steep slope the mock battlements.
This evening
enjoy dinner at Gregynog Hall, a beautiful 150 year old black
and white hall set in 750acres of parkland. A jazz group will
perform in the formal gardens close to the entrance.

Day 2.
A
full day of "team" activities in the Elan Valley
area. The group will be split into teams to try their hands
at: Clay Pidgeon Shooting; Quad bikes; Archery and Abseiling.
Dinner
will be at your hotel to include a prize giving ceremony!

Day 3.
A leisurely start to the day, with a falconry display in the
hotel ground.
Travel
towards Brecon to board a canal barge for a leisurely cruise
on the Brecon and Monmouth waterway, lunch will be served
aboard.
On returning
to the coach continue southwards to the town of Blaenavon,
recently designated a World Heritage Site. You will have a
fascinating, private tour of Big Pit Coal Mine, which was
in operation until 1980. Once equipped with miner's helmet
and battery begin the descent, with your guide (a former miner),
90 metres by pit cage to pit bottom.
Return
to your hotel, dinner will be in a nearby country pub where
the group will partake in a 'twmpath' (a Welsh Ceilidh).

Day 1.
Check into the Marriott St Pierre this morning. Before lunch
there will be time, should you so wish, to practise in the
driving range or practice putting green.
A buffet
lunch will be served in the clubhouse, prior to the three
day four-ball competition which begins in the afternoon.
Teams
meet back in the clubhouse for post tournament day one drinks
and to compare scorecards!
This evening
will have a distinct historic theme when you partake in a
mediaeval banquet at Caldicot Castle, which dates from the
12th century.

Day 2.
A
change of hotel, onwards to The Celtic Manor Resort. Today
you will play the challenging 'Wentwood Hills Course' designed
by Robert Trent Jones Snr. Also the venue for the Wales Open
Tournament and the Ryder Cup in 2010.
This evening
dinner will be in the hotel, however it's all hands on deck
as you assist the chef in the Kitchen, to prepare your own
dessert!

Day 3.
Early tee off at the Vale of Glamorgan, where an official
from the Welsh PGA will join you for breakfast. The Welsh
PGA HQ is based here.
Return
to the hotel for lunch and the prize giving. The afternoon
is free to relax, perhaps enjoy some of the spa facilities
at the Hotel.
This evening
arrive at Tredegar House - a magnificent Charles II country
house set in 90 acres of parkland and gardens just outside
Newport. Following a drinks reception in the 17th century
brewhouse, experience an unforgettable ghost tour. Tredegar
House is reputedly one of the most haunted houses in South
Wales. Dinner, however, will be at a restaurant nearby!

Day 1.
Arrive in time for lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants
in Cardiff Bay. This will be followed by an orientation tour
of Wales' capital city, Cardiff. This fascinating tour will
combine the old and new including one of the latest additions
- the Millennium Stadium, Europe's largest retractable roof
arena.
The evening
begins with a private tour of the rooms of Cardiff Castle,
which contain some of the most remarkable interiors in Britain!
Dinner will be a traditional Welsh Banquet in the 15th Century
Undercroft, where you will experience an enchanting evening
of Welsh music, food and song.

Day 2.
The
day begins with a themed treasure trail at the Museum of Welsh
Life, a 90-acre parkland site with over 40 original buildings
from all corners of Wales depicting over 500 years of history.
Lunch will be served in the Victorian Tea Rooms, with an informal
award ceremony for the winning team!
Then a
short journey to Llanerch Vineyard where the award winning
Cariad Wines are estate bottled. After a tour of the vineyard
and tutored tasting there will be an opportunity to purchase
the wines.
This evening,
join the Welsh National Opera at one of their more informal
performances at a Cardiff restaurant, where you will have
the opportunity to meet the artists.

Day 3.
Enjoy a morning boat trip, which begins in Cardiff Bay. However,
the afternoon will be free for you to enjoy Cardiff, a shoppers
paradise with speciality shops in the many glass canopied
Victorian and Edwardian arcades.
Enjoy
a private gala dinner at Fonmon Castle with it's beautiful
Georgian interiors. Dinner will be served in the first floor
library room, which has stunning views of the extensive private
grounds. The night draws to an end with a fabulous firework
display.

Arrive late afternoon at the National Showcave Centre for
Wales, situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Your
private tour will culminate in a performance, deep underground
by a traditional Welsh male voice choir in the stunning and
aptly named 'Cathedral Cave'.

checking into your hotel, enjoy an informal Welsh evening
'Hwyrnos' (the Welsh word for late night!).

Day 2.
Visit
Swansea Market where you can feast on a delicious selection
of Welsh delicacies that range from laverbread (an edible
seaweed) to the famous cockles of Penclawdd Sands.
Lunch
in the Mumbles, a picturesque Victorian seaside town, now
a busy watersports centre.
In the
afternoon, tides permitting, why not try your hand at cockle
picking on Penclawdd Sands on North Gower in the company of
the local cockle pickers.
Dinner
will be a five course feast at your hotel, including the ingredients
collected by the party during the afternoon!

Day 3.
This morning depart Swansea Marina on a cruising vessel for
a tour around the Gower Peninsula. A hearty lunch will be
serverd aboard.
The climax
of the day is a gala dinner at the Dylan Thomas Centre, a
handsome colonnaded building, located in the Maritime Quarter
of the city. You will have time to view the Dylan Thomas collection
before dinner. Entertainment will be by a local ensemble who
specialise in Dylan Thomas readings.

Day 1.
Journey to the UK's only Coastal National Park, Pembrokeshire.
Board a jet powered boat and take a cruise, which brings you
into close contact with the many forms of rare bird and wild
life in the area.
Return
to your hotel for an early dinner followed by a ghost tour,
on foot, around the beautiful seaside town of Tenby in the
company of local story-teller.
Day
2.
For
the intrepid, this morning will entail experiencing "coast
steering" - coastal traversing. Unique to Pembrokeshire
this activity requires plunging off cliff tops into the sea
below - with the aid of qualified instructors!
This
evening enjoy a private party at Oakwood Park, Wales' premier
leisure park and home to Europe's largest wooden roller coaster.
A themed dinner will be served in the Pavilion.
Day
3.
A leisurely departure, travel eastward to the National Botanic
Garden of Wales, near Carmarthen. Time to relax and explore
the Mediterranean climate in the Sir Norman Foster designed
Great Glass House. Onward transfers after lunch.

evening you will have a private tour of Cardiff Castle, a
Gothic masterpiece located in the centre of Cardiff, followed

National Park for a multi activity day. Groups compete in
a white water rafting, boulder hopping and building challenge
which will be interrupted by a hearty pub lunch.
Return
to Cardiff for an evening of delicious food in one of the
Cafe Quarter's stylish restaurants.
